Natale Cardamone is originally from a small town nearby Paolo and Domenico’s hometown in Italy called Soveria.  Natale is Paolo and Domenico’s brother-in-law.  Natale has been the general manager of Piazza D’Angelo since 1995 when he and his family moved to California.  He is specialized in acquiring the best Italian wine and selecting a vast collection of California wines.  Natale is also responsible for Piazza D’Angelo’s limited productions wines and appellations.  He carefully selects several wines from California and Italy that produce no more than five thousand cases per variety.  “I try to select red and white wines that are more complex so that they have more than one flavor.  This gives a customer the opportunity to find similar tastes in both the wine and food and creates a perfect pairing.”
